Hope Valley | A River Runs Through It

The defining feature of Hope Valley is the west fork of the Carson River that weaves through the fields of grass, dotted with fly fishermen (and women). It’s a calm river, one that suggests that it’s a good idea to set one’s alarm for 6:15 am. when one is on vacation just so one can shoot in good light. We went out three times…though only once early in the morning. I could do this every day, all day long.

  3. I hope I’m not the first to say that maybe you should do this every day, all day. Your photos are really wonderful in all of these posts.
