It’s been a week since we piled in the car (and it was a sight, but I promised no pictures on Facebook, which I presume means no photos on the blog) and dropped Kate off at the airport for Chicago, and kept driving to drop Alex off at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon (and yes, they are the Beavers, not the Ducks…that’s the OTHER school).
It was wonderful. Kind of weird, but mostly wonderful. Steve and I had four more days on the Oregon coast which was completely wonderful, pix later in the week.
Both girls are happy and looking forward. We are too, though spending a little time looking backwards as well. Good stuff.
