practically perfect

Steve and I have been holding tickets for today’s Giants game for several months. We get these special fancy-pants seats once a year (he gets them with Alex once, and they try to do the St. Louis game) and we picked today just because we wanted to go to an afternoon game. Very random…so random it could have been last night for Matt Cain’s perfect game…the first in Giant history. Barry Zito didn’t have a perfect game today. But the view was perfect, the weather was perfect, the company was perfect. And I did get to see Buster Posey’s perfect behind for a few moments. And Brandon Belt’s fancy new shoes. And his splash home run, the first of the season (number 61). Did I mention the garlic fries? So that’s practically perfect.
