We spent a lovely weekend in the lovely beach town of Cayucos. Don’t tell anyone, but the Central Coast is one of California’s best kept secrets. We were celebrating Grandpa Vince’s 80th birthday with the cousins, who live in San Diego. Kites and pancakes and poker and hearts and skateboarding and walking and talking and wine tasting and grilling and birthday cake and antique shopping and presents and Easter eggs and…jumping. Inspired by one of my Project 365 blog buddies, Single Cup of Coffee, the kids went along with Auntie Kim’s scheme. Including the big kid, Steve. (P.S. Please steal this idea…it’s a really good one.)
